Returns

Of course I hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product to me. Please send an email with your return request to studiovlek@outlook.com I guarantee a refund if the product is returned in perfect condition, preferably in the original packaging. The cost of the return is at your own expense. When the product is in good condition I will transfer the refund with the payment method you selected at the time of your purchase. This can take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment method.




Warranty & Repair Service

I take great care and attention in making my products and guarantee that they will last for a long time. But if problems arise during use (for example loose seams, etc.) let me know at studiovlek@outlook.com and we will find a suitable solution. If possible I will repair the product.
